Coke oven flue gas treatment
For the waste gas in this industry, Eco Nova Group mainly adopts the combined process of "desulfurization + denitrification + high-efficiency dust removal" to make SO₂≤35mg/m³, NOₓ≤50mg/m³, and smoke dust ≤5mg/m³ in the flue gas, achieving ultra-low emission transformation and meeting the latest environmental protection standards.
(1) Dust removal process
Bag filter/electrostatic precipitator: removes dust (coke powder, dust) from flue gas, with a dust removal efficiency of more than 99%.
Wet dust removal (such as scrubber): assists in removing fine particles and some acidic gases.
(2) Desulfurization technology
Ammonia desulfurization: Use ammonia water to absorb SO₂ and generate ammonium sulfate (which can be used as a fertilizer raw material), with a desulfurization efficiency of ≥95%.
Limestone-gypsum method: Use limestone slurry to absorb SO₂ and generate gypsum, which is suitable for large flue gas volume scenarios.
Activated carbon adsorption method: Simultaneously remove SO₂, NOₓ and VOCs, and thermally decompose and recover sulfur after adsorption.
(3) Denitrification technology
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR): Ammonia or urea is used to reduce NOₓ to N₂ under the action of a catalyst, and the denitrification efficiency is ≥85%.
Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR): Reducing agent (such as ammonia water) is directly sprayed into the high-temperature zone, which is suitable for local denitrification of coke ovens.
