VOC Concentrator is a kind of adsorption and concentration equipment, which can concentrate organic waste gas with high air volume and low concentration into waste gas with low air volume and high concentration by virtue of its high adsorption efficiency and fast desorption. This process not only improves the treatment efficiency, but also significantly reduces the investment and operating costs of the equipment, and ultimately achieves the purpose of economic and effective organic waste gas treatment.

After the exhaust gas containing low concentration of VOCs enters the cylindrical zeolite rotor, the exhaust gas is adsorbed by the zeolite molecular sieve inside. The purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere with the help of the induced draft fan, while the zeolite molecular sieve continues to rotate to achieve continuous adsorption and regeneration. Compared with the traditional disc VOCs concentrators, the cylindrical zeolite rotor is more suitable for intermittent working conditions.
