This project is for the automotive tire rubber industry. The exhaust gas will contain sulfides and a small amount of oil mixtures. Therefore, a spray tower + fume purifier + dry filtration + activated carbon adsorption +CO is adopted. The catalyst is equipped with an anti-sulfur type catalyst developed by our company to ensure the treatment efficiency. The air volume of the equipment is 150,000 m³/h and 80,000 m³/h respectively. The concentration is approximately 130mg/m³. During the normal operation of the equipment, the online monitoring outlet concentration is around 20mg/m³, which meets the local discharge requirements.
