(1) Particulate Matter (PM)
This type of substance is usually treated by a DPF particulate filter, which uses honeycomb ceramic filtration with a treatment efficiency of ≥90%. It is mainly suitable for the exhaust treatment of non-road machinery such as excavators and loaders.
(2) NOx
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) is commonly used. Under the action of a catalyst, ammonia or urea is used to reduce NOₓ to N₂, with a denitrification efficiency of ≥85%. It is suitable for treating the exhaust of diesel trucks and cranes.
(3) CO/HC
The DOC oxidation catalyst is used to catalytically oxidize VOCs precious metal honeycomb ceramic catalyst inside, with a treatment efficiency of ≥90%. It is suitable for the exhaust treatment of small fuel machinery (such as generators).
(4) Coordinated treatment of multiple pollutants
The "DPF+SCR+DOC" integrated system is used to treat this type of waste gas through a combined waste gas processor, with a PM/NOx removal rate of ≥95%, which is suitable for the exhaust treatment of heavy construction machinery.
