Working Principle

The fully automatic dosing device is mainly composed of a solution tank, a metering pump, a safety valve, a level gauge, a needle valve, a ball valve, an agitator, a Y-type filter, a chassis and other components.

The working principle of the fully automatic dosing device is based on the pre-set program and algorithm. The device monitors the water quality or process parameters (such as conductivity, pH, etc.) in real time through sensors, and feeds the data back to the intelligent control unit to achieve accurate and automatic dosing of the agent according to actual needs, ensuring that the monitoring data is stable within the target range.

Startup and operation
Turn off the machine

Check the equipment status

Check the equipment status and set the operating parameters. Confirm whether the components of the device (metering pump, agitator, sensor, etc.) are firmly connected, without looseness or leakage.
Check the liquid level of the liquid tank to ensure sufficient medicine.
Turn on the main power supply and the control box power supply in turn, and set the dosing frequency, number of times, time and target flow rate.
Startup and operation

The user switches the manual or automatic dosing mode according to actual needs, and monitors the operation of the device through the background program.
Turn off the machine

Turn off the metering pump and stop dosing; Cut off the power supply to the control box and turn off the main power switch; Clean the remaining dosing agents on the surface of the equipment, and record the operating time and dosing amount.

Material selection of the device

Different materials can be selected according to the different conveying media, such as carbon steel (carbon steel lined with rubber), stainless steel or non-metallic materials (PE/PVC/PP/PTEE, etc.) to meet the needs of various complex industrial environments.
The metering pump does not discharge medicine

It may be due to crystallization of the medicine or deposition of impurities, which leads to pipe blockage. It is recommended to clean the pipe in time and complete daily maintenance regularly.
Handle equipment alarms

(1) Low liquid level alarm: It is recommended to add medicine in time to avoid the metering pump running at no speed;
(2) Overpressure alarm: Check whether the pipeline is blocked or the valve is abnormal in time, and reset it after solving the problem.
(3) Sensor failure: Recheck or replace the probe to ensure the data is accurate.
