Reasons for the decrease in the adsorption efficiency of the molecular sieve during operation

1) Too much moisture in the molecular sieve: When the exhaust gas humidity is too high, the molecular sieve will adsorb a large amount of moisture in a short period of time, resulting in a decrease in adsorption efficiency. The molecular sieve should be dried at 200°C in time;
(2) The molecular sieve pores are blocked: The impurities (such as acidic gases, oil, etc.) in the exhaust gas are too high, which will block the adsorption pores of the molecular sieve and destroy its adsorption performance. It is recommended to use gas purge or replace the molecular sieve module.
Reasons for molecular sieve powderization

When the molecular sieve is subjected to severe impact, it will be powderized. This is mainly due to increased pressure drop or excessive local airflow. Therefore, during operation, it is necessary to avoid drastic changes in pressure and ensure uniform airflow distribution.
