Honeycomb Zeolite Molecular Sieve is a high-performance microporous adsorption material with a unique honeycomb structure. Composed of SiO₂/Al₂O₃ and alkaline metals/alkaline earth metals, it boasts large specific surface area, uniform pore size distribution, and excellent adsorption performance, becoming a key material for VOCs treatment, gas separation, and environmental protection engineering.
Not restricted by sealing conditions, it supports high-temperature desorption (≥200℃) with a desorption time of only 1-2 hours. It can realize continuous adsorption-regeneration cycles, maintaining stable adsorption capacity after multiple cycles.
Under the same working conditions, its service life is 8-10 times that of activated carbon for VOCs treatment. It has good thermal and hydrothermal stability, no deformation below 500℃, and is non-flammable, ensuring safe operation in extreme environments such as high temperature and acid-alkali.
With a specific surface area of >350 m²/g and a comprehensive adsorption capacity of >30 kg/m³, it can efficiently adsorb low-concentration VOCs and harmful gases. The uniform honeycomb structure ensures low pressure drop (700-750 Pa) and high air handling capacity.
The global honeycomb zeolite molecular sieve market is growing at a CAGR of 7.3%, driven by the increasingly strict VOCs emission standards worldwide. In 2024, the market size exceeded $800 million, with industrial waste gas treatment accounting for 60% of the demand. The chemical, petroleum refining, and painting industries are the main application fields, and the demand for large air volume and low concentration VOCs treatment materials is growing rapidly.
The product meets EPA VOCs emission standards and ISO 14001 environmental management system certification. Its adsorption efficiency for benzene, toluene, xylene, and other VOCs exceeds 95%, ensuring that exhaust gas meets national and regional emission requirements. The mechanical strength and chemical stability comply with industrial material standards (longitudinal mechanical strength >0.7 MPa, transverse mechanical strength >0.2 MPa).
Used for treating VOCs emitted from chemical production, storage, and transportation processes, such as methanol, ethanol, and acetone.
Applied in the adsorption and separation of hydrocarbons, sulfur-containing gases, and volatile organic compounds in oil refining and petrochemical processes.
Treats VOCs from paint spraying, ink drying, and other processes, reducing air pollution and meeting environmental protection requirements.
Used for purifying exhaust gas from drug synthesis and pharmaceutical production, adsorbing organic solvents and harmful impurities.
Two main reasons: 1) Excessive moisture in the exhaust gas causes the molecular sieve to adsorb a lot of water, which can be solved by drying at 200℃; 2) Impurities such as acidic gases and oil block the pores, and gas purge or module replacement is recommended.
Severe impact due to sudden pressure changes or uneven airflow distribution during operation. It is necessary to maintain stable pressure and ensure uniform airflow to avoid powderization.
Under normal operating conditions, the service life is 3-5 years. The replacement cycle should be shortened if the exhaust gas contains high concentrations of impurities or the operating environment is harsh. Regular adsorption capacity testing can help determine the optimal replacement time.
