1. Confirm that the power supply and gas source (such as natural gas, compressed air) are normal;
2. Check whether the heat storage ceramic body and catalyst are intact, without blockage or damage;
3. Confirm that the valve (switching valve, bypass valve) is flexible and well sealed;
4. Confirm that there is no leakage in the pipeline and the fan and motor are lubricated normally;
5. Pre-treat the exhaust gas to ensure that there is no dust, oil mist, high concentration of S/Cl and other substances that are easy to cause catalyst poisoning in the exhaust gas. If the exhaust gas concentration exceeds 5% LEL (lower explosion limit), it needs to be diluted or LEL monitoring interlock is used.
