In our previous article, we provided a comprehensive and detailed introduction to current VOCs emission control technology. With the nation's increasing environmental protection requirements, the VOCs treatment sector is undergoing rapid development and transformation, characterized by technological diversification, intelligent equipment, and greener processes. Against this backdrop, Shandong Eco Nova Group has conducted an in-depth analysis of the principles and current applications of existing treatment technologies, and with an eye toward the future, actively exploring their future development trends. This research aims to provide valuable insights and guidance to businesses and researchers, contributing to the scientific and efficient development of industrial waste gas treatment.
![]() | I. Technology Integration and Multi-segment Collaborative Governance |
The core direction of VOCs treatment in the future is technology integration and multi-stage coordinated treatment to form a cascade or composite treatment system to deal with the complex and changeable composition of exhaust gas, improve treatment efficiency and expand the scope of application. Typical integrated treatment modes such as " VOC Concentrator + Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer" or "condensation + adsorption + Catalytic Oxidizer" and other solutions improve the overall system stability and adaptability by combining different processes. During the design process, our group's technical personnel will focus on the connection and optimization of emerging combined processes according to project requirements, including the reasonable distribution of exhaust gas concentration, temperature and humidity control, residence time matching and system automation control, and adjust process parameters based on real-time monitoring data to ensure that the system can operate efficiently and stably under different working conditions.
VOC Concentrator with CO integrated machine
Two sets of equipment for the Shandong GRAD Group: an RTO and a VOC Concentrator with CO integrated machine. The RTO inlet concentration is approximately 3800 mg/m³, and the outlet concentration is approximately 34 mg/m³. The CO system inlet concentration is approximately 600 mg/m³, and the outlet concentration is approximately 37 mg/m³. The system is equipped with an online monitoring system connected to the municipal emission control grid, allowing real-time upload and monitoring of emission data, forming a closed-loop control system. The two parties have reached a strategic cooperation agreement, and the project has been designated a model project by Dezhou City.
| II. Digital and intelligent monitoring and operation and maintenance |
With the advancement of automation and information technology, VOCs management is moving towards digitalization and intelligence. Digital monitoring systems use online instruments to monitor waste gas concentration, temperature, humidity, wind speed, and other parameters in real time. They also facilitate multi-site collaborative management through cloud platforms, enabling unified supervision and optimization, ensuring the timeliness and integrity of information. Future intelligent systems will possess adaptive adjustment capabilities and adjust operational strategies in accordance with policy standards, improving management efficiency and regulatory compliance.
III. Conclusion & Contact Us! |
Shandong Eco Nova Group's VOCs management efforts will prioritize the coordinated integration of process optimization, intelligent equipment upgrades, and operational economics. To achieve sustainable environmental governance, all employees of the Group systematically study and integrate diverse interdisciplinary disciplines, striving to promote the coordinated development of technological innovation and practical application, and providing more systematic, efficient, and environmentally friendly solutions for industrial waste gas treatment.
