1. Pretreatment system VOCs with large air volume and low concentration first pass through the pre-filter to remove large molecular particles such as dust in the exhaust gas, so that the dust concentration of the exhaust gas is less than 5mg/m³, and the filtration efficiency is greater than 99%. 2. VOCs concentrator adsorption system
The pretreated gas enters the wheel adsorption area through the fan, and the organic molecules are adsorbed by the zeolite, and the purified gas is directly discharged. The VOCs concentrator rotates continuously, and a small amount of hot air (temperature 200℃-230℃) is used to blow the saturated zeolite to the desorption area, and the adsorbed VOCs are desorbed by high-temperature air to regenerate the zeolite.
3. CO system
After the exhaust gas is preheated to the reaction temperature by the heat storage body, it enters the combustion chamber for full thermal oxidation reaction to generate CO2 and H2O. Then the exhaust gas after high-temperature oxidation flows through the ceramic heat storage body, so that the heat storage layer recovers heat for preheating subsequent exhaust gas. Finally, the exhaust gas reaches the standard through the chimney.
