1. Pretreatment system VOCs with large air volume and low concentration first pass through the pre-filter to remove large molecular particles such as dust in the exhaust gas, so that the dust concentration of the exhaust gas is less than 5mg/m³, and the filtration efficiency is greater than 99%.
2. VOCs concentrator adsorption system
The pretreated gas enters the wheel adsorption area through the fan, and the organic molecules are adsorbed by the zeolite, and the purified gas is directly discharged. The VOCs concentrator rotates continuously, and a small amount of hot air (temperature 200℃-230℃) is used to blow the saturated zeolite to the desorption area, and the adsorbed VOCs are desorbed by high-temperature air to regenerate the zeolite.
3. CO system
The high-concentration VOCs generated by desorption enter the CO system, and under the action of the catalyst, they react with O2 to produce CO2 and H2O, achieving harmless treatment.
