Sludge Scraper

The sludge scraper is an important supporting equipment for solid-liquid separation process, mainly used in sedimentation tanks, secondary sedimentation tanks or thickening tanks. Working Principle

The scraper consists of a drive device, a working bridge, a main scraper, an auxiliary scraper, a central turntable, a slag skimmer, an overflow weir plate, a slag retaining plate, a current collector, etc.
Driven by a chain or motor, the scraper moves back and forth along the pool wall or bridge. The scraper gradually pushes the deposited sludge to the center of the pool or the sludge outlet, and the sludge is discharged by the sludge discharge pipe or pump, thereby achieving the purpose of purifying sewage.
