(Pulse-Jet Bag Filter):Fibrous filtration combined with pulse-jet cleaning. Dust-laden gas enters the filtration chamber, passes through the fabric of the filter bags, and dust particles are captured on the outer surface of the bags by mechanisms including sieving, interception, and adhesion. Clean gas penetrates the filter bags, enters the clean air plenum, and is discharged. When the equipment resistance reaches the set point, compressed air is injected in a momentary pulse, causing the bags to shake off the accumulated dust into the ash hopper, thereby regenerating the filter bags and enabling continuous operation.
(Mechanical Shaker Bag Filter):Relies on the eccentric excitation of the shaker motor to drive the entire filter bag support framework in a reciprocating rocking motion, without the use of compressed air. Dust-laden gas enters the housing, and dust is trapped on the inner surface of the filter bags (predominantly internal filtration). When the operating resistance increases to the set value, the fan is stopped (off-line cleaning), the shaker motor is activated, and dust falls by inertia into the lower ash hopper. After cleaning is complete, the fan restarts to resume filtration.
( Cartridge Dust Collector):Pleated filter media deep filtration combined with pulse cleaning. Dust-laden gas passes from the outside to the inside through the pleated filter media of the cartridge; dust is captured on the outer surface of the cartridge, and clean gas flows out through the central channel of the cartridge. The pulse-jet cleaning system injects air in reverse, shaking the pleated structure to dislodge dust into the collection device. The filtration area per unit volume is far greater than that of conventional filter bags.
