Relies on the eccentric excitation of the shaker motor to drive the entire filter bag support framework in a reciprocating rocking motion, without the use of compressed air. Dust-laden gas enters the housing, and dust is trapped on the inner surface of the filter bags (predominantly internal filtration). When the operating resistance increases to the set value, the fan is stopped (off-line cleaning), the shaker motor is activated, and dust falls by inertia into the lower ash hopper. After cleaning is complete, the fan restarts to resume filtration. |
Advantages: No compressed air system required; no need for an air source, convenient on-site use; simple control using only a time relay or differential pressure switch; dust collection efficiency can reach over 99%. |
