Pulse-Jet Bag Filter is a kind of Large-scale modular box-type equipment, vertically divided into three sections: upper housing (clean air plenum), middle housing (filtration chamber), and lower housing (ash hopper). The middle housing contains numerous filter bags suspended inside; the housing exterior is equipped with a pulse-jet cleaning system (air manifold, solenoid pulse valves, blow pipes). The bottom ash hopper is fitted with a dust discharge device. The overall structure is square/rectangular and can be installed indoors or outdoors on the ground.
Dust-laden gas enters the filtration chamber, passes through the fabric of the filter bags, and dust particles are captured on the outer surface of the bags by mechanisms including sieving, interception, and adhesion. Clean gas penetrates the filter bags, enters the clean air plenum, and is discharged.
Pulse-jet Cleaning
When the equipment resistance reaches the set point, compressed air is injected in a momentary pulse, causing the bags to shake off the accumulated dust into the ash hopper, thereby regenerating the filter bags and enabling continuous operation.
