Fibrous filtration combined with pulse-jet cleaning. Dust-laden gas enters the filtration chamber, passes through the fabric of the filter bags, and dust particles are captured on the outer surface of the bags by mechanisms including sieving, interception, and adhesion. Clean gas penetrates the filter bags, enters the clean air plenum, and is discharged. When the equipment resistance reaches the set point, compressed air is injected in a momentary pulse, causing the bags to shake off the accumulated dust into the ash hopper, thereby regenerating the filter bags and enabling continuous operation. |
Extremely high dust collection efficiency (≥99.9%), capable of capturing fine dust down to 0.3 μm; stable emission performance; wide range of filter media options providing strong adaptability to process conditions. |
Fine dust removal in industries such as power generation, steel, cement, chemicals, waste incineration, and woodworking; a mainstream high-efficiency dry dust collection device. |
